Role & Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate leads from colleges, universities, and training institutes.
- Contact Training & Placement Officers (TPOs) and management through calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
- Pitch FutryoAI’s solutions and arrange product demos with the concerned decision-makers.
- Maintain a database of leads and update CRM/Excel sheets regularly.
- Follow up with prospects to convert leads into opportunities.
- Work closely with the sales & product team to ensure smooth demo scheduling.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication & presentation skills (Hindi & English).
- Prior experience in telecalling, lead generation, or EdTech sales (preferred but not mandatory).
- Strong persuasion skills and confidence to interact with college authorities.
- Ability to work independently and meet targets.
- Basic knowledge of Google Sheets/CRM is a plus.
